Yoga Training

Our Yoga Teacher Training School offers highly structured and professional certified Yoga Teacher Training Courses registered by the Yoga Alliance. It is our belief that, due to conditioning, who we really are and what we are meant to be can become unclear. Our Yoga Teacher Training School offers trainings that are dedicated to help you reconnect with yourself and the sense of peace, love and contentment that we can so easily lose touch with.

To enable reconnection to take place it is necessary to journey into your inner being. A commitment to honest self-exploration, a courageous dive into the depths of meditation and the discipline to pursue yogic practices is what is needed to maximize personal results.

This training is for those who have a strong desire to deepen their own personal Yoga practice and self-understanding. It is also for people who are considering the possibility of passing on their knowledge and wisdom of yoga through teaching. Either way, this is an ideal opportunity to embark on a unique journey of personal growth and professional development.

The objective of this training is to prepare you to move towards spiritual maturity and self-understanding. From this space, together with a sincere commitment to your own continued personal practice and spiritual growth, you may find that teaching begins to happen spontaneously and with a surprising sense of ease.

To become a yoga teacher it takes many years of passionate commitment, responsible knowledge development and consistency of practice. It is not advisable cut short this journey of learning and divine development as it is definitely not a process to be rushed. We have therefore created a course structure that gives you the time and space to thoroughly explore the depths of your being to learn and experience yoga in its entirety.

To take part in one of our trainings you do not need a very flexible body. A courageous heart and a flexible mind is all that is necessary to start the journey.
