Straight to the Heart

This workshop intends to open and touch our physical and emotional hearts. The morning yoga practice will introduce a series of standing and balancing postures to create the deep physical groundedness to invite the chest and heart area to open through series of back-bending postures. The afternoon self-inquiry will explore the qualities of heartful living and the workshop will end with a dance oriented meditation to dissolve the mind and enter the heart.

Inner Being Yoga Workshops blend the elements of yoga, self-inquiry and meditation, giving participants a gentle way to create inner space and to rediscover a place of deep relaxation. Different yoga styles are combined making sure that classes are accessible to everyone. The morning yoga session creates both sensitivity and a rooted connection to the body, opening the space to go deeper in the afternoon into our inner being through guided self-inquiry and meditation.
