Improflow - yoga at your own pace Improflow is a new style of therapeutic yoga, featuring a progressive and individualized approach to learning and practicing yoga. Improflow starts with an individual consultation to assess your level and needs. During a second one on one meeting you will receive your own personalized program and 'posture practice chart' that you will be guided through in detail. You will then attend weekly classes taught in Mysore style, meaning that each participant practices their own sequence, at their own pace, guided by their own breath. I will be present throughout the practice to provide individual verbal instructions and hands-on adjustments to help guide and deepen your practice. Class numbers are kept small to ensure maximum personal attention. ** Suitable for all levels, beginners to experienced. Medidance Medidance is a unique contemporary process, a fusion of movement through dance, stillness through meditation and prayer through heartful sharing. Participants are initiated into the process with a raw cacao indulgence before being guided on an inner journey, accompanied by music and guidance from the facilitators. Medidance is for people who understand that we can't control events around us, nor other people, but that we can influence the way we feel, the way we see things and how we respond to happenings. Inner Being Yoga workshop Inner Being Yoga Workshops blend the elements of yoga, self-inquiry and meditation, giving participants a gentle way to create inner space and to rediscover a place of deep relaxation. Different yoga styles are combined making sure that classes are accessible to everyone. The morning yoga session creates both sensitivity and a rooted connection to the body, opening the space to go deeper in the afternoon into our inner being through guided self-inquiry and meditation.
