State of yoga

Yoga is a path, method and series of practices that help you unveil the obscured inner wisdom that can lie masked within you.  Yoga enables you to reconnect with your innate state of total relaxation, freedom of mind, accceptance of what is and faith in what will be.

Over thousands of years many sages and yogis have described how they reached the state of yoga in their own way and many documented their journey to pass on others. We are very fortunate to have access to ancient texts such as the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and The Sutras of Patanjali, which shed light on some of the paths to yoga.

There are many paths to experience the state of yoga … the challenge is to find the right way for you. Yoga teachings and practices can provide invaluable support and guidance for you on this beautiful inner and outer journey.
