Meditation
Meditation is an ancient discipline developed, adapted and diversified by a range of teachers and masters over the centuries. There are a wide range of meditation techniques with varying focuses – silence, dance, active, guided visualization, chanting, mantra, and breath awareness.
Meditative states are accessible to anyone, anywhere and at any time. A meditative moment can be as simple as stopping briefly to breathe consciously or pausing to appreciate the beauty of a flower in bloom.
"Remember one thing: meditation means awareness.
Whatsoever you do with awareness is meditation.
Action is not the question, but the quality that you bring to your action.
Walking can be a meditation if you walk alertly.
Sitting can be a meditation if you sit alertly.
Listning to the birds can be a meditation if you listen with awareness.
Just listening to the inner noise of your mind can be a meditation
if you remain alert and watchful.
The whole point is: one should not move in sleep.
Then whatsoever you do is meditation."
